Changing Light – Alexandrite Gemstone Watercolor
Fresh pink blossoms with soft green leaves gather across the page, and one special flower holds a gorgeous cushion-cut, color-changing alexandrite that shifts with the light.
Gemstone: Lab-created alexandrite (1): color-changing, cushion cut, approximately .60 carat. Alexandrite is the June birthstone.
Size & Framing: Changing Light measures 2.5” x 3.5” and comes in a 4” x 5” pink metal scalloped frame with a glass front and a leg stand for display. The gemstone is not glued. It’s pressure-placed inside the frame, so it stays secure while displayed and can be easily removed later to be set in jewelry. Hand-painted, signed, and one of a kind.
