Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026. Gem2Art.com is owned by Stacia Shane, a watercolor and gemstone artist in Colorado. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit or shop, and how it is used.

Information I collect: When you place an order, you provide your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number so your order can be processed and shipped. When you use the contact form or sign up for emails, you provide your name, email and message. Like most websites, this site also collects basic visit data (pages viewed, browser and device type, general location) through cookies and analytics provided by Squarespace.

Payments: Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and its payment partners. I never see or store your full card number.

How your information is used: to fulfill and ship your order, answer your questions, send order updates, and, only if you sign up, send news about new pieces. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing: I do not sell or rent your personal information. It is shared only with the services needed to run this shop, such as Squarespace (website, checkout and email) and shipping carriers.

Your choices: You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time. Questions about this policy? Email StaciaShane@gmail.com or call or text 720-434-7375.
